Vintage 2025
The 2025 vintage was marked by a mild spring that encouraged early flowering and, thanks to warm and dry conditions, particularly rapid development—even in mid- and high-altitude vineyards—resulting in a concentrated harvest period.
A sunny June and a slightly cooler July, with well-distributed rainfall, ensured optimal water supply for the vines. These conditions were essential in producing fresh, well-structured white wines with lively, pleasant acidity.
A period of dry heat at the beginning of August enhanced concentration and aromatic intensity, benefiting the red wines as well.
Harvest began at the end of August, with very positive prospects. More humid conditions in September made the picking slightly more demanding; however, through increased manual work, patience, and precisely timed interventions, grapes of excellent quality were brought into the cellar.
Overall, the vintage shows great promise and character.
